Community services and social science diplomas and certificates (TAFE)

An ageing population, new social policies, rising consumer expectations and advances in technology are increasing demand for community service and social science professionals.

A range of RMIT qualifications specifically address these emerging issues within the community with programs ranging from aged care to social work. Work placements, field education and internships undertaken in many of the programs provide valuable hands-on experience.

Some TAFE programs are part of a training package or are an extension of a related program. You may need to apply for either the higher or lower qualification, depending upon the program.
