Book a space

Film and Art students must submit online applications for approval to use areas of the University for film shoots, photographic shoots and art installations (PDF 28kb 2p).

Study rooms, BBQ spaces and other venues on campus can be booked for use by clubs, societies and other student groups. Please submit the online form at least two weeks prior to the use of the space.

You may also submit a request to use RMIT's Kaleide Theatre. Once approved, submit the online technical form (PDF 616kb 1p) to arrange for additional requirements such as microphones for your event.

You can also book study rooms in the Library.

Building access

You can use your student card to access many RMIT buildings after hours, including some computer labs. Find out how by visiting Security Access cards.
